Education
I grew up in Brampton Ontario where I lived for 16 years. My family is from El Salvador and we came to Canada when I was 3 years old. I completed my high school education at Notre Dame Secondary School. I went on to complete a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of Toronto where I majored in Life Sciences and Business. After University I was hired by Jaguar / Landrover. I was than enrolled and completed my Sales training at the Automotive sales college in Mississauga Ontario. After a very successful start with Jaguar / Landrover I was recruited by BMW and I have never looked back.
Focus
My focus from the very beginning has been to help my clients. I have been in the automotive industry for a long time now and what I have learned is that the more I help my clients, the more successful I become. I have been successful only through my commitment to service and my focus has never wavered. I have been a professional sales person for BMW now for 6 years. I began in the pre-owned department for BMW where I worked for 4 years. In this time I achieved BMW Masters Club Status, I was ranked as one of the top 5 sales people in the country for 2 years. I have been selling New BMW’s now for 2 years and I am on pace to again reach Maters Club status in my second year. I hope to one day be the # 1 New car sales person in Canada, and hopefully with your help it will one day be a reality. Because of my background I am well versed in both New and Pre-owned BMW sales, I can offer my clients guidance on what would be the best solution for them based on there requirements and I can sell them either a New or Pre-owned BMW.

I've been a long time BMW owner having had four BMW products in the last 10 years. Naturally I've met my fair share of salesman during my ownership experiences. After a particularly discouraging meeting with a senior BMW salesperson, I ran into Oscar at the local sandwich shop. At the time he was speaking with a former prospective buyer who made the decision to go with a different brand.
